Do you ever get a surge of strength and then burn out?
The other day, I received this information from Dr. Cindy Trimm's ministry. She is a powerhouse for the Lord- looking forward to meeting her and receiving impartation of her anointing. For those of you who have yet to see the level she is on spiritually, I have included a YouTube video of God working through her at the end of this note.
One of her books is called Commanding Your Morning and it is definitely on my "to-read" list. Here is an excerpt from her newsletter this week:
"Teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom." Psalm 90:12
Your future comes one day at a time-it is God's present to you. How you use it is your gift to Him. Time Management is the art of making every moment of every day count. You should not just spend time but invest in time by ensuring that every action, every thought you think and word you speak, is in alignment with the word of God. You have been given the opportunity to create a masterpiece of your life. Ephesians 5:15-17 (amp) gives us a foundational key regarding this very principle: Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people), making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil. Therefore do not be vague and thoughtless and foolish, but understanding and firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is. On a daily basis, God gives us opportunities to advance His Kingdom. The key to making the most of every opportunity is to grasp firmly the will of the Lord. This is why it is vitally important to renew your mind continually with the Word of God. You must daily align your thoughts and words with God's. Jesus gave us a fundamental key to successfully commanding our every situation when He told us in John 15:7, "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you." This is why God instructs us to meditate on "the Word of God, which is effectually at work in you who believe [exercising its superhuman power in those who adhere to and trust in and rely on it]" (1 Thess. 2:13, amp). God's Word is life and health to those who find it. (See Proverbs 4:20-22.) In Psalm 90:12, Moses made this request: "Teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom."Ordering your day requires the ability to prioritize. It requires the ability to discern what is distracting busywork and what is Kingdom business. Effective time management requires getting God's heart on what is worth "investing" time in versus what we should not be "spending" or even "wasting" time on. As with any financial investment, you must ask what kind of return your time investments are yielding. Time "spent" is a cost-and you must be mindful of the benefit you are exchanging for the cost you are incurring. God provided the ultimate example of effective time management and order in the Book of Genesis. In six days He created the earth and everything in it, and on the seventh day He rested. It all went according to plan. There was an order to when, and how He created what and when-a succession and progression to how He developed each organism and species. God did not waste His resources, especially His time. He was purposeful and concise as He unfolded life on our planet. TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR DAY! Do not miss out on the rewards of well-managed time. Order is what gives you the freedom to be creative. Order gives you the peace of mind you need to tune into God's supernatural frequencies and tap into divine inspiration. Without order you will be distracted with the cares and concerns of this life so that you cannot still your mind to hear God's voice. It is impossible to imagine and envision when you are overextended and stressed. You need to schedule time to purposefully paint the canvas of your life by investing in creative dreaming. Stop to think. Order your day so that you have the time and peace you need to create the masterpiece God has preordained for you. Make certain that you have scheduled time for praying, meditation, reading the Word of God, praise and worship. I pray that you will bring order to your day and to your life. I speak order to your life, ministry, finances, health and all things concerning you. I speak that your faith fail not.

Just returned from a run...
A few days ago, I started running again. I haven't ran in about a year, so initially, there was a strong pain in the chest. After a few minutes of pressing past that pain (believe me, after all I've been through... a little pain is commonplace in my life)... got back in the groove.
I thank Father God for giving me divine strength to run the race again. Not anyone else's race, but my own. You see, we don't want to be 50 or 60 years old and look back on setbacks and wistfully wonder what would have happened if we hadn't given up on our dreams.
The other day under His glory and scribing the last words from His heart below, some scriptures jumped at me that I am standing on as I train in the physical realm for the work ahead:
1 Corinthians 9:24-27 24Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.
25Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 26Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air. 27No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.
.... wow! How powerful is God's Word! I love it and I love HIM!
The other prophetic words I wrote, where He referred to Himself as the Rock...there is another scripture that accompanies that Word...
1 Corinthians 10:4 reads:
4and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ.
Yes, let us keep standing on The Rock!
Blessings upon the faithful readers of this blog, may you go from strength to strength and from glory to glory... may you run your race and fulfill your divine destiny as well for our Lord and Saviour!
Love,
Sis Keisha Dawn

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide in the shadow of the Almighty. Hosanna! Blessed be the Rock, Blessed be the Rock of my salvation.
Here are words that came to me during morning prayer yesterday...
Some desperately seek a word from Me. They roam from prophet to prophet, from the gatherings of my people to the homes of my saints. Know that you can simply fall on your knees and humble yourself before me and I will listen to you and tell you that which you do not know.
Humble yourself under my mighty hand and I will reveal to you the desires of my heart.
There are some that stumble upon the Rock but continue to move ahead. There are some that see the Rock ahead but choose to avoid it. And there are some that choose to stand on the Rock- those are a blessed people for apart from Me you can do nothing.
Look not for temporary glory under your own doing, it is empty and void. Rather, look for my glory, there you will find everlasting life and true riches.I speak this upon you for a season such as this to direct your path. The path that leads to my throne.

Eddie James performing "No More Shackles, I am Free"... love it!
I sense it is time to emerge from this fire. It is hard to explain, but there is a push in my spirit when God starts pouring strength into me and lifts me up over the heads of my enemies.
Here is a prayer for those who need protection and strength from God to fulfill your assignments for His kingdom...
Father God,
I lift you up, I magnify you. You are our Protector, our Healer, The Alpha and Omega. You are so amazing and as I lay before your throne this day, loving you and praising you... know that I am here to stay under your refuge. When I am weak, you are strong through me. There is no more me, it is all about you.
I resist the devil and he flees from me, for I submit to you.
Father, enlarge my vessel and pour out more faith into your faithful servant to expand your territory. More of your divine wisdom, more of your mighty power, more of your glory.... I am willing... I will go forward but send Breaker Angels before me to lead the way...your glory shall be my rearguard.
I speak protection and peace and strength to those that follow this ministry. I speak protection, unity and strength over my family. Open up the portals of heaven and pour out the latter rain... pour out your provision for the vision. I command every dark force, every demonic assignment, witchcraft and spoken negative words ineffective against me and the works of my hands, in Jesus name. Every dark force is to flee from me in seven ways in the name of Jesus Christ. I plead the blood of Jesus over my territory and command the devil to give me back everything that has been stolen in Jesus name!
As I move forward, the Lord will fight for me and I shall hold my peace. I pray for the deliverance and salvation of every person in bondage reading this prayer.
I forgive every person that has spoken negative about me, tried to curse me or steal from me. Forgive them, Father God, for they know not what they do. Forgive me for my sins, wash me clean with the blood of Jesus Christ. Help me to walk in righteousness, to keep me from the snares of the devil and to exemplify Jesus to others. I keep my eyes on You for it is from You where my help comes from, Abba.
As I dance before your throne this day, feel my love for you... you are awesome and mighty... have your way...you are worthy!
I believe and I receive. You, Father God, will get all the glory, honor and praise always.
In Jesus name I pray...
Amen!
The other day I was with my aunt; she is a strong woman who is always helping people and always full of positive energy. We rode over to a sketchy area of town to deliver pampers to someone who needed help with their baby.
As we rode through the neighborhood, I noticed how the ground was covered with dirt in front of the small apartments instead of with grass. I saw people walking around with the strangest look in their eyes-- it was a look of being lost. Downcast eyes, some nervously darting about to protect their turf and ensure their safety as they walked the streets.
The low-income community exemplified how some people are under the bondage of poverty. It is their lifestyle, it is all they know. Poverty is a stronghold. It can be passed on from one generation to the next, but there is also the possibility of breaking that stronghold. Just like Joshua and Caleb who saw the Promised Land. The generation before them became disgruntled and lost faith, but Joshua's generation saw differently because they saw their future through God's eyes, not their own.
As I go through this life journey, I realize that each season there is an opportunity to learn valuable lessons and to pass each test. When the Lord says His people perish for lack of knowledge, I see the many of layers of His statement. We must break the poverty cycle by surrounding ourselves with prosperous people of faith, to obtain their knowledge. We must break the poverty cycle through wisdom. Wisdom is the application of knowledge.
For example, I notice that if I respond to someone in a certain manner and it doesn't work, I try a different approach until the desired result is achieved. And then I note the successful approach for interacting with that particular person. The same applies to situations in our life. If one way doesn't work, we need to try a different way until the desire result is achieved. Then, note the approach that brought you success and keep repeating it with that person or situation in the future. The old adage "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" does seem to be true but I tell you, in The Word it says that old men will dream dreams. So even if you are older in your life journey it doesn't mean that God doesn't have a plan and purpose for you. Have a teachable spirit and let God move mightily in your life!
Right now, I am going through life tests in a pretty rapid manner and God has granted divine strength to get through all that is happening in this season. There are visions that keep flashing in my mind of the future, perhaps it is God's way of reminding me of what lies ahead and to not get comfortable in present situations... to keep moving forward.
If you are going through your own set of tests right now, I do hope you find this blog useful. I have many testimonies to share, but right now there is less time to talk and write. Right now it is a time to experience life and pass these tests.
Please stand on the following scripture to accompany this blog post:
Zechariah 4:6
For, we move forward through His spirit.
Let us continue to draw deeper into our relationship with Him and let Him move through us. Let us submit and let Him take over our lives.
Be blessed!
